SUMMARY:Arctic Circle Assembly 2021
DESCRIPTION:The ARCSAR network and the EPPR working group of the Arctic Council are hosting a joint session at the Arctic Circle Assembly 2021 on nuclear & radiological incidents in Arctic seas discussing emergency prevention and preparedness.
The session will give the audience an overview of the challenges with RN incidents in the maritime Arctic, look into recent and ongoing work in the EPPR, the RNSARBOOK project that aims to develop standard operating procedures, and discuss what can be learned from table top exercises.
