When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Your profile in the ARCSAR Network area
If you have created your own ARCSAR network member profile, you will be asked your basic personal information in order to be able to identify you when you login to our member area, and/or to be able to provide the service for you. Please note that if you upload your image, you register with us your visiting address and your first name, last name, e-mail address, it may be accessible by other ARCSAR members or by the public.
Media on our internal areas
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you contact us we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information you provide, such as a name or phone number. Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information.
On our contact forms we use the reCaptcha service from Google in order to filter spam e-mails.

Your e-mail address is only used to send you our newsletter and information about the activities of ARCSAR. E-mails collected are stored on our website as well as on our service provider’s database https://sendinblue.com. You can always use the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter.
